Distribution Channel Manager – Europe

Location: Poland

 

We are working with an innovative European company specializing in the development and commercialization of advanced biomaterials and medical technologies used in orthopaedics, dentistry, and regenerative medicine. Their exceptional solutions enhance healing outcomes and surgical procedures, shaping the future of patient care.

To support expansion across European markets, we are looking for a Distribution Channel Manager to strengthen distributor relationships, optimize sales, and drive brand awareness in the medical device sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support distribution partners across European markets, ensuring successful collaboration and product availability.
  • Develop and oversee sales strategies with distributors, driving growth and performance improvements.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory environments, and distributor compliance to optimize commercial success.
  • Provide training, sales support, and product knowledge to empower distributors and enhance market penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, regulatory) to ensure seamless distribution operations.

Required Skills: 

  • Proven experience in distributor management within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
  • Understanding of European medical device regulations (MDR compliance) and hospital procurement processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical skills to optimize distributor performance.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
